Cocca Development is a real estate development and management company engaged in the development, ownership, leasing, operations and management of both residential and commercial real estate.

The company seeks to maintain its current holdings and grow through acquisition and development of new properties of varying types in broad geographic locations with quality tenants. Currently the company’s properties are located coast-to-coast from Maine to California and south to Florida.

We do build-to-suit commercial construction through our wholly-owned construction company, V & R Construction and are certified general contractors in 29 states.
