In Memory of…

Early in the morning of Friday, October 17, 2025, Bill Schroeder passed away in his sleep after a brief illness. He was a licensed architect on our staff for 14 years, with licenses in many of the states we built and renovated for our clients. We are saddened and shocked; we will miss his conversations and witty anecdotes. He enjoyed acting and creating characters and truly loved singing…he graced us all at some point with “Happy Birthday”. He was larger than life and lived every moment with a smile, even when he was struggling with health issues. May he rest in eternal peace.
