With recent acquisitions in Alabama, we have now expanded to 29 states!!

In August, we acquired a couple multi-tenant commercial buildings for renovations:

  • We purchased a 25,130 sf building in Madison, WV with current tenants US Postal Service, Boone, Memorial Hospital, & Magic Media. We are currently renovating approx. 10,230 sf for Dollar Tree.
  • We also purchased a 54,820 sf building in Jackson, AL, with 24,700 sf currently under renovation for Tractor Supply. The building also leases space to Hair Bazaar.
