Grand openings and construction updates
We are pleased to announce the grand opening of Aaron Rents located at 650 Central Avenue in Albany, NY – the store opened July 1. We also have Imagine MediSpa located at 515 Mercer Street in Princeton, WV and Givens Game Room located at 1492 West Liberty Street, Hubbard, OH opening the week of July 10.
Construction has been completed and we are awaiting grand openings late July/early August for:

- Dollar Tree located at 7900 Ohio River Road, Wheelersburg, OH
- Belleria Pizza located at 258 State Route 14, Columbiana, OH

Pizza Hut located at 6800 Corwin Avenue in Waynesville, OH is expanding its space and adding larger dining area/party room. Construction recently began on this and we anticipate full completion late August/early September.
Warren Mall located at 4000 Market Street Ext, Warren, PA is currently undergoing major renovations and we will begin working on new tenant spaces for Shoe Show and Ollie’s Bargain Outlet.
It’s been a very busy 2017 so far and we anticipate many more projects coming soon…!!
